Thank you for your interest in speaking at our Firm Team meeting! We have created this page to provide information to you, collect some information and share some expectations.

  • This is a non-paying presentation. The Firm Team does not pay our speakers, but we heavily promote the presentations and the speakers.
  • There are normally 15-40 attendees- depending on the venue and speaker.
  • Presentation time is from 30, and up to 45 minutes, Including Q&A.
  • The attendees are business owners and representatives of businesses who offer products and/or services to law firms and lawyers.
  • Our monthly membership meetings are NOT geared toward lawyers or firm managers. These monthly meetings are attended by those who provide services to the legal vertical for networking and business development purposes.
  • Our members (your attendees) are mostly small business owners, while a few represent nationwide companies that offer services/ products to law firms/ lawyers.
  • We advertise the meeting along with the speaker’s information on social media, Email, and sometimes magazine/ legal publications.
  • Our meetings take place normally on the THIRD WEDNESDAY of the month.
  • Please make sure to arrive no later than 15 minutes before your presentation time. We encourage you to join the full meeting with the rest of the members though!
  • The meeting agenda is normally as follows:
    • 4 pm – Registration/ open networking/ food and drinks.
    • 4:20 pm – Opening remarks and house-keeping notes
    • 4:25 pm – We introduce you. Your presentation begins (maximum 30 minutes, including Q&A)
    • 4:55 pm – Individual members “commercials” and introductions. This is the section where you can “Sell” and introduce your business/ services and promote it. Each person gets a couple of minutes to do so.
    • 5:30 pm – Open networking
    • 6:00 pm – Adjourn
  • As our speaker, you may invite guests. If you have colleagues who service law firms/ lawyers, and you believe they will benefit from our group- they can attend at no cost as your guest. They MUST RSVP and secure a seat like the rest of the attendees. It is possible that the meeting will be full by the time they try to RSVP.
  • If you need to share a presentation, please note that the speaker must provide a laptop with an HDMI connection.
    Firm Team admins will provide a projector, but YOU MUST PROVIDE the laptop, please.
  • The location of the meeting is not consistent each month. We will provide you with the meeting location via email at least 2 weeks before your presentation date. The location is almost always around Scottsdale or Arcadia area, and we try to keep it close to the highways for easy access.
