Carla Howard is a seasoned professional speaker on the topics of Change Management and Guiding Kind & Ambitious Women to Dream Bigger & Reach Further. With more than 25 years of experience in change management, Carla has guided multiple companies, including many Fortune 500 companies, through thousands of change management processes. Whether individually or by managing or leading the change management process herself, Carla has been instrumental in boardrooms worldwide, including in the U.S., Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Munich, and Brussels. Her accomplishments abroad have given a Carla unique lens to view the journey of leading change and insight into how to integrate international perspectives and create a common language.

After attaining her Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification, Carla focused on improving the gap existing on the human side of processes, not just the methods and tools. From that point on, she began narrowing her target toward developing leaders in the ensuing two decades.
