Dan McGee

Dan McGee started his business, Greater Teams, in August 2020 after an almost 30 year career of building and leading teams in both the FBI and United States Marine Corps. Through one-on-one leadership coaching, leadership team development sessions, and speaking at company and team events, Dan’s goal is to help leaders uncover and maximize the hidden strengths of their teams.

Prior to starting Greater Teams, Dan spent the previous 21 years as an FBI Special Agent. He served as a case agent working organized crime and international terrorism matters while also a part of the SWAT Team. In management roles at both FBI HQ and field offices, he oversaw investigative programs such as Cyber, Counterintelligence, and Counterterrorism as well as administrative programs such as HR, Finance, Compliance, and many more. He led teams ranging in size from 15 to several hundred.

Prior to the FBI, Dan spent almost eight years as an USMC infantry officer, commanding at both the platoon and company levels before serving as an infantry officer instructor.
