George Gillas

George Gillas has an extensive background in sales training and management, having spent nearly 20 years in a direct sales company and played a major role in its growth across the US and Canada. In the late 90s, he switched careers to become a massage therapist and later gained expertise in hypnotherapy and NLP, completing his Master Practitioner Certification in 2003 and building a successful practice in Scottsdale.

He has since conducted public and private workshops and taught at nationally accredited colleges in the Phoenix area, covering topics such as public speaking, business practices, hypnotherapy, and therapeutic massage protocols. In 2018, he joined Keller Williams Realty MAPS Coaching program as a MAPS Transformational Coach, working with a variety of clients including Operating Principals, agents, and production coaches. Recently, in December 2020, George re-certified with Kolbe Corp to further specialize in problem-solving instincts.
